Who We Are:

We’re a group of high school students at Bridgewater Raritan High School who believe in taking action. The UPLIFT Project began with a simple goal — to help those who are struggling by providing food, essential items, and a chance for a better tomorrow. What started as a local effort is growing into a movement of young people determined to make change.

A world where no one is left behind — where every person has access to food, support, and opportunities to rebuild their life, starting here in our community.

Our Work

1. Food Drives & Meal Support

We collect and distribute food to those in need through local drives, donations, and partnerships with community groups.

2. Care Packages & Essentials

We provide basic necessities like clothing, hygiene products, and water to people experiencing homelessness.

3. Opportunity Outreach (Coming Soon)

We’re working to connect individuals with local job listings, training programs, and community support networks to help them get back on their feet.
